I ordered on Tuesday morning. UPS sent tracking info and said delivery on Friday- I changed my schedule around to stay home to sign as stated on delivery instructions- then I got an email saying delivery was changed to Saturday, so again, I changed my entire schedule the day around to be home to except and sign for the delivery.  They UPS sent an update saying it would be delivered on Monday.  I get it that you bake the cost of shipping into the sale, but I’m reliant on you to insure that the shipper you select does what they say. I’m furious that my instrument is floating around out there and now it is 3 days late.
