We were first introduced to Libby in 2012 as a vocal student and participant in our inaugural “Rock the Mic” vocal camp. Libby’s talents caught our attention early on as she studied under our instructors Carly Reign, Chelsea Pilgrim, and Scott Stine. We feel fortunate to have watched her blossom through the years as a talented singer/songwriter as well as a role model for her peers. As we expanded and searched for additional instructors we knew Libby would be a great fit. Libby joined our teaching staff in 2017 as a Vocal, Guitar, Ukulele, and Piano instructor.

Libby currently attends McKinney High School where she keeps an active academic schedule that includes multiple AP courses, a GPA of 3.8/4.0, and has earned Academic Excellence Honor Cords each year. She’s a member of the school’s exclusive Harmony and Jazz Ensembles.

Libby’s teaching environment is encouraging and easy to understand. She works well with students ages 9 to 16. Her specialties are voice, piano, guitar, ukulele, and songwriting.

Libby has an extensive live performance and recording resume that include appearances at several of the top venues in the McKinney music scene and credits on Vol. 2 & Vol. 3 of The Emerging Sound albums as well backup vocals for singer/songwriter Crystal Yates.

Libby is available for lessons on Thursdays.
