Fresh from the incredible success of the Halo Delay, guitarist Andy Timmons, engineer Robert Keeley, and the team at Keeley Electronics have put their heads together again for a brand new pedal.

From Keeley about this new collaboration:

"There is something special about a Keeley Modded Blues Driver. There’s something even more remarkable about Andy Timmons’ tone. Coincidence? We think not. Since his exposure to this Keeley modded stompbox early on, it has been virtually glued to Andy’s board. The Super AT Mod Overdrive captures the magic of the original Blues Driver Phat Mod with the addition of AT Mode. Chord work and harmonies are cleaner and tighter now, without reducing gain."

At the heart of the new Super AT Mod is Asymmetrical Tube Clipping: The new Super AT Mod Overdrive features a return to RK's original clipping style, a 20 year old modification first performed in the Keeley Blues Driver Phat Mod.

If you want a drive pedal that responds just like a tube amp, this is it. The topology of this overdrive pedal is similar to classic California tube amps, the team at Keeley simply use JFET transistors in place of tubes. Nothing has been left out, even the filtering of an amp's tone stack is designed into the pedal.

It's an amp-in-a-box, only better because it's Keeley developed with the guidance of Andy Timmons!

The Super AT Mod utilizes a new circuit design for the Tone Switch that gives you two distinct tonal options:

The new AT-mode is voiced for humbuckers and features lower mid-bass frequencies for tighter, more transparent response.
The original Keeley PHAT-mode stands ready to put more power behind your favorite single coil equipped guitar.
