Andy Timmons is an incredible friend of ours (his music even graces the home page of our web site) and we are proud to be able to offer his Ibanez Signature model guitars for sale.
Built in Ibanez's Indonesian factory, this new signature model is based off of the popular ATZ series, featuring Roasted Maple neck and fretboard, 2 of Andy's well known DiMarzio Cruiser pickups paired with his signature AT-1H Humbucker, with a design completely done to Andy's specs.
The Roasted Maple in the neck is heat-treated to increase stability, durability, moisture resistance and tolerance of temperature changes.
The Roasted Maple fretboard provides a well-balanced attack and tone and a rich sustain. In order to achieve supreme neck grip comfort, the fretboard edge is finished with a smooth curve.
Jumbo frets contribute to smooth playability, especially for single-note playing.
The Alder body delivers a well-balanced bright tone, enriched resonance and sustain.
The DiMarzio® The Cruiser® pickups in the neck and middle position2 delivers single-coil tone, open vocal-sounding mids and a bit of added strength to the bass. The DiMarzio®AT-1™ in the bridge position gives excellent warmth and clarity, which balances well with the neck pickup.
The Gotoh® MG-T locking machine heads achieve incredible tuning stability, cutting down string-changing time.
By utilising the unique Wilkinson "5+1" knife-edges, the Wilkinson® WV6-SB tremolo bridge offers unsurpassed "tone transfer" of a 6-screw pivot system with the smooth fulcrum action of a 2 pivot set-up.
The coil tap switch adds sound and tonal variations for both pickups.

Orders placed Sunday-Monday will be processed for shipment the following Tuesday. For Free Shipping items, Effects pedals and small goods items are generally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, and Guitars and Amplifiers are generally shipped via UPS Ground. Due to our central location in the middle of the US, most orders will be delivered within 1-3 days delivery time. Other shipping methods are available (at an additional cost), including next day air.
